I am aware that some parents are still experiencing problems with their TFC payments. I have spoken to HMRC again today to try and resolve this. Many payments are now coming through successfully, but if this still affects you can I ask you to try the following please:
Log in to your TFC account
Go to ‘your tax free childcare’
Go to ‘manage account’
Go to the bottom and click ‘add childcare provider’
It will need to be entered exactly as it appears here please, including one space between the regulator reference and the postcode and in the middle of the postcode.
