Update 30th June

We are looking forward to welcoming more children back to the nursery tomorrow and I am sure they will soon be having as much fun as the children here today. It's all a bit strange at first, but the children have soon got used to our new normal. You may be worried about just dropping children at the door, but we have found that they settle much quicker. It is a joy to see how the older children run into their bubble rooms and are so pleased to see the member of staff looking after them. We ask that children on hot days are suncreamed with once a day cream before they arrive at nursery, and that they bring a change of clothes and sun hat in a named plastic bag that remains at nursery.

Lots of planning has gone into the total reopening of the nurseries. We have staggered arrival times, but ask that you are patient and adhere to social distancing measures outside, if not all goes to plan!! I have posted a generic risk assessment for all the nurseries, but each nursery has an individual plan, which we are constantly adapting to meet needs and updating with new guidance measures.

As usual, if you have any concerns or queries, please get in touch. We look forward to seeing you all soon.

Kind regards
